Classes
We are a flexible group of teachers and practitioners. We draw strength from the simplicity of regular practice and from sharing, encouraging and honouring the creative essence of each person.
Classes are held in various locations at different times of the week, and are either arranged privately by the teacher or run through organisations, such as Adult Learning. Sessions tend to be 1-2 hours long and include energy (chi) raising exercises, Qi gong, push hands and the Yang style forms. These practices encourage a greater sense of balance between all that goes on within, and around, us.
The European School of Tai Chi has accredited all the teachers listed below, except those marked with a * who are currently working towards their accreditation.
